Cancellation and refunds

Request a refund of the first subscription payment within 14 days by contacting [email protected] with your account email and order reference. Do not send card information. Verified refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Renewal payments are not automatically refunded solely because a subscription is cancelled. Duplicate or erroneous charges, failure to provide the service and mandatory refund rights are reviewed on their facts. Refunding a payment may end the associated paid entitlement; this will be explained when handling the request.

Payment-provider and banking processes determine how and when a refund appears. Lemon Squeezy retains its rights under its terms, including refunds and disputes. This policy does not restrict mandatory refund rights.
