Autumn is a digital signage content and scheduling service operated by Majed Mahmoud, Jordan. Contact [email protected]. The subscription covers software, not display hardware or internet access.

A verified email and confirmed payment are required to activate a paid account. The subscriber must be authorized to act for their organization and manage its devices. Organizations are responsible for account security, pairing credentials and user permissions.

The free trial includes 5 eligible Android devices for 14 days from email verification, with an Autumn watermark. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Each device may use one trial; changing email, deleting a screen or creating another organization does not renew it. The trial requires the latest supported player and an available device identifier for verification. Trial playback stops at expiry; screens and content remain saved for an optional upgrade or a deletion request. A confirmed paid subscription removes the watermark. The first-payment refund request period starts with the actual payment, not the trial.

The base subscription is USD 15 per screen per month. Quantity represents the subscribed screen count. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Manage or cancel it through the linked billing portal, or contact support for assistance. Cancellation before renewal stops future charges; cancellation alone does not refund earlier charges. The refund policy and mandatory rights continue to apply.

Lemon Squeezy processes the transaction as merchant of record under its buyer terms. Paid subscription activation requires payment verification; returning from checkout alone does not activate an account. Never send full card details or security codes to Autumn support.

Organizations retain rights to their content and permit its storage, processing and display as needed to provide the service and requested support. They must hold the necessary content rights and permissions for personal data they upload. Unauthorized access, malware and unlawful or rights-infringing use are prohibited.

Test device compatibility, orientation, connectivity and playback before operational use. Offline playback depends on completed downloads and the device's storage support. Playback through every hardware, power or network failure is not guaranteed. Maintenance may temporarily affect availability. Paid functions may be restricted following expiry or payment failure, and proportionate action may be taken for abuse or security risks. Contact support for account closure, data access or deletion requests. Material changes will be published and communicated when needed. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
