Autumn Player
1.2.3 · Android 5.0+- Download the APK on the Android display using the button below. Open it from Downloads and allow installation if Android asks.
- Open Autumn on the display while it is connected to the internet. Use the Landscape / Portrait button beside the QR code to select its orientation.
- On your phone, sign in to your organization dashboard and open Screens. Add a screen, select Android and choose the same orientation as the app.
- Open Screen Details, choose Scan QR and allow the phone camera. Scan the code displayed on the screen and confirm pairing.
- If scanning is unavailable, choose Use pairing code in the display app. Enter the pairing code from Admin, then press Pair.
- Publish test content and wait for it to finish downloading. Check orientation and playback, then test an internet interruption and a device restart before relying on the display.
Standard playback does not require the management agent. Automatic startup and device controls need additional setup depending on the model. Contact support before replacing an older installation to preserve pairing and content.

After 14 days, trial playback stops and your screens and content are preserved. Upgrading is optional; the trial needs no card and makes no automatic charge. To cancel a paid subscription before renewal, open Subscription, then Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges; refunds follow the refund policy.
Do I need a specific type of screen?
The app is available for Android 5.0 or later. Playback and automatic startup capabilities vary by device; test your model before setting up the remaining displays.
Can I use images and video together?
Yes. You can organize images and video together and schedule playback for the screen or group you choose.
What happens if the internet disconnects?
The player can continue with content that has already finished downloading and caching. Publishing new changes and monitoring the screen require a connection.
Can a company admin see another company’s data?
Each organization has its own workspace, users and permissions. Central platform ownership is separate from organization administration.
How do I start a subscription?
Register and verify your email to start a 14-day trial for 5 screens with an Autumn watermark. No card is required and no payment is taken automatically. To continue with a paid subscription, choose your screen count in Subscription and complete checkout at $15 per screen per month before tax. Your screens and content are preserved.
